Little Slocan Lodge is a one of a kind straw-bale & timberframe oasis deep in the middle of the valhala moutians. Offering both private, and shared accomidations, as well as a full kitchen, 3 baths, and a huge common space, the lodge blends one of the most modern and full featured buildings with the untouched pristine setting of the valhalas.

Fully powered by a 20,000 watt micro-hydro system, the lodge features radiant floor heating, spring fed water, games, close access to local fishing, hiking, rock climbing, and world class moutain biking. There is simply no other way to get so close to the heart of nature, with all the comforts of home.

Located on 240 beautiful acres bordering Valhalla Provincial Park near Slocan, the lodge is an hour away from Nelson, in British Columbia’s southern interior.

It’s a great place to hike, bike, climb, kayak, canoe or just relax.

Original olde tyme-y, hillbilly, hurtin’ alt country music. Luther plays a rare solo performance of "twangy toe-tappers or quiet, remorseful, drunken ballads." Not to mention his country/bluegrass remake of Pink Floyd’s album "The Wall" with his band The Wrongs. Link
